- Was taking place at the beautiful Gilbert Yoga studio located at the North end of the Old-town Gilbert strip.
The class description was as follows: Beginners are welcome too.
This good-morning Yoga class will begin with a gentle warm-up, and incorporate Vinyasa flow as well as classical Hatha Yoga and Yin.
It is playful; anything from sweet meditation to laughter can happen.

MEDITATION & CONSCIOUS CONVERSATION - 6 WKS COURSE
6 Consecutive Wednesdays Febr-March 2020 at Gilbert Yoga.
Each class will, beside meditation, involve 10 minutes or so of light yoga and/or Qi gong exercises and stretches - you need absolutely no yoga background or even flexibility in order to be able to participate.
❤️This course is called “Meditation & Conscious Conversation” and is focused on establishing a personal meditation practice as a foundation for heart-opening spiritual growth, including discovering the power of the healing energy within, as well as our inseparable connection and multi-faceted communication with each other via our mental-emotional aura.
The seeds to this 6 weeks course were planted back in the 1990’s, where I did workshops in Greece, Turkey and Denmark (my home country) and is based on a labor of love and joy❤️
